1. LUCKY BAMBOO

It’s simple.

Just use some pebbles in the water vase to hold the roots in place.

Distilled water is the best.

No tap water should be used as lucky bamboo are sensitive to chlorine or salt that is present in most tap water.

Make the roots covered with water and refill the entire container with fresh water every 2 weeks.

 

2. MINT HERB

To grow the mint plant in the water we simply need to take out tip cuttings about 5-8 inches long from a fresh mint plant.

Remove the leaves of the lower end of the stem.

4. POTHOSpothos in water

Adding liquid fertilizer once a month is good for it.

We need to change the water every 2 weeks to get rid of the algae.

To propagate the plant you can use a stem cutting and place it in a water pot in a way that only the roots portion is submerged.

New roots will come out in about 7-14 days.

 

5. ROSEMARY

To grow rosemary in water, pick a stem with fleshy and green leaves.

Remove the lower leaves before placing them in the water.

Place the jar of water away from direct sunlight.

Rosemary stems cuttings should root in about 2 weeks.

Put the water level lower enough so that the leaves are not sitting in water.

Replace the water every few days.

To grow a coleus plant take about 6 inches of stem cutting and remove the bottom leaves.

Place it in a jar of water.

It takes about 2-3 weeks for coleus cuttings to see new roots.

 

8. LEMON BALM

Lemongrass takes around 2-4 weeks to root.

So, do not get discouraged by seeing that the stalks of the lemongrass are not growing as fast as other herbs.

For Lemongrass, change the water every day or definitely on alternative days.
